location of the hotel is unbeatable for communications with Madrid, right in front of the train station. Tres Cantos bus lines also leave from there. There is a Mercadona right next door, in case we want to buy some snacks or food. room was spacious and bathroom too, bedding was very fresh and quality. My room was oriented to the east and a fantastic sun came in, my stay was very comfortable. There were several plugs for chargers and WIFI was working well. I used the room service, for 13 euros you get a pizza in about 15 minutes. bathroom is well equipped and with very good water pressure. If I go back to Tres Cantos, I would be happy to repeat in this hotel. recommendable.
There was a desk to work at but other hotels have better ones, it wasn't particularly spacious. You could say it's just the TV table with extra space. Few hangers for a two-person room.

not possible to access the bedrooms when partially disabled. Staff had to be asked for assistance with baggage to access my room (Stairs)

The food was so fancy, like I was dining with royalty! The hotel had all the facilities I needed, plus a bonus outdoor terrace for those classy summer cocktails.
Cleaning was not their forte. They seemed to think that dirty towels and torn bed sheets were in fashion.
